RETURNS/ EXCHANGES POLICY
NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO CHANGES will be made once an order has been placed.
Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
RETURNS
Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGES and cost of shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.
Items purchased at CHOSEN are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.
RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
Items sent beyond 7 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
